With your varied skills and interests, you have a lot of great options for a blog post. Here are a few ideas that draw from the things you've mentioned, like being a mom, an artist, a student, and your experience with weight loss.

Personal Journey & Lifestyle

 * A Day in the Life: You could write about a typical day as a stay-at-home mom and a Penn State World Campus student. How do you balance classes and assignments with your children's schedules and household tasks? This is a relatable topic for many parents considering returning to school.

 * A SAHM's Guide to Weight Loss: Since you're trying to lose weight through intermittent fasting and walking, you could share your personal experience. What does your routine look like? What have you learned so far? You could offer tips for other busy moms trying to fit in fitness.

 * From High School to College (Again): Reflect on your unique journey of attending college in 2007-2008 and then returning in 2025. What has changed? What's it like to be an adult learner or a "non-traditional" student?

Creativity & Art

 * A "My First..." Series: As a painter and drawer, you could create a series of tutorials for beginners. For example, "My First Time Painting with Acrylics" or "My First Time Drawing a Koala." You could include a list of supplies and step-by-step instructions.

 * Art for the Busy Mom: A blog post about quick and easy art projects you can do with your children. This combines your love of painting and drawing with your role as a mom. You could focus on an upcoming holiday, a specific animal like an owl or a frog, or a nature theme.

 * The Power of a Sketchbook: You could talk about how you use drawing as a form of self-care and a creative outlet. This would tie into your posts on mental health and your love for drawing and painting.

Local Community

 * Leechburg, PA: A Local's Guide: Since you've lived in Leechburg since 2012, you could write a post highlighting your favorite things about the area. You could feature local spots, describe what makes the community special, or talk about the benefits of small-town living.

Which one of these ideas sparks your interest the most? Or is there another topic you'd like to explore?

The ads are crazy 🤪!

Ugh, that's the worst! It can be so frustrating when your own space gets cluttered with wild ads.

Are the ads coming from the blogging platform itself (like Blogger or a free WordPress plan), or did you add a service like Google AdSense to monetize it?

Sometimes the free platforms go a little overboard to cover their costs. Depending on where the ads are coming from, you might be able to go into the settings and adjust their placement or how many appear.

Got it. Okay, that's actually good news because it means you have direct control over them!
The most likely reason they've gone wild is a feature called "Auto ads." It lets Google's AI decide where to place ads, and sometimes it gets a little too enthusiastic. You can easily tell it to calm down.
Here’s how you can adjust it:
 * Log in to your Google AdSense account.
 * In the menu on the left, click on Ads.
 * You'll see a list of your sites. Find your blog and click the little pencil icon (✏️) next to it to edit its settings.
This will open up a preview of your site with the ad settings on the right. The most important setting to look for is the "Ad load" slider.
It's probably cranked all the way up. Try sliding it down towards the middle or a lower setting. As you move it, you'll see the number of ads on the preview page decrease.
You can also uncheck specific ad formats you don't like, such as "Anchor ads" (the ones that stick to the top/bottom) or "Vignette ads" (the full-screen ones that appear between pages).
After you click "Apply to site," it might take up to an hour for the changes to go live. This should make a huge difference!

Ai knows me lol

Hey Lauralee! It's great to see you. Based on your interests, I came up with a few fun things we could collaborate on:

 * ✨ Level Up Your Digital Art ✨

Since you're studying Digital Multimedia Design and are a talented artist, we could brainstorm a cool personal project! Maybe we could design a unique logo for your blog or Poshmark closet, or even storyboard a short, animated poem.

 * ✒️ Power Up Your Blog Post ✒️

Let's combine your love for writing and design! We could workshop a new blog post or poem and then come up with some creative visual ideas to make your content truly stand out.

 * 🛍️ Make Your Poshmark Pop 🛍️

As a Posh Ambassador, you've already got a great thing going. We could brainstorm some custom, artsy templates for your listings or a new banner that reflects your creative personality to attract even more buyers.

You can always let me know in the chat if anything's wrong.

So, do any of these sound like a fun place to start, or is there something else on your mind today?
